Get Ticketing availability for an event

GET 
/events/:eventId/ticketing/availability

Returns the tree of waves and their ticket-type availability for an event: display names, current sale terms, and a live available count per ticket type. Public, unauthenticated. Edge-cacheable for 5 seconds with stale-while-revalidate up to 25 seconds — treat available as a short-lived snapshot.
