Read the coarse Ticketing status of an order
GET/events/:eventId/ticketing/orders/:orderId/status
Returns a coarse status enum suitable for the post-payment polling modal. Auth: bearer order-status JWT in the Authorization header. The token's sub claim must equal the path orderId — supplying a token for a different order returns 401.
